Full Facility bookings give rental groups exclusive access to all buildings, cabins and equipment on site.

Our buildings and cabins 1 and 7 are wheelchair accessible.
Wheelchairs can easily access the waterfront. 

Dining Hall

Our dining hall has a gorgeous view of the lake. This versatile space features a beautiful barn door that serves to divide the hall from the kitchen. 

Seats up to 100 guests. 

Commercial Kitchen

This expansive commercial kitchen includes a commercial grade gas stove with a large grill, four stove top burners, and two ovens; an island work space for food preparation; an industrial dishwasher; a walk-in cooler and freezer; and buffet style heating and cooling units with inserts.

Rental includes: Place settings and utensils for up to 100 people, kitchen ware and 100-cup coffee urn

Recreation Hall

The recreation hall features a fireplace, sofa and chairs, and large windows through which to view the lake. There is a small kitchenette, farm table, a children's play area, a piano, and a selection of games.

Rental Includes: projector, white screen, and flip charts. PA system, microphone, podium.

Accommodations

Cabins: There are seven (7) cabins available. Each cabin has two rooms, and each room includes two double beds. This is a total of 28 double beds. Bedding and pillows are provided upon request.

Cabin units 1A, 1B, 7A, and 7B are wheelchair accessible.

Washhouse

Two washrooms and showers are tucked between the recreation and dining hall. Each one includes four hot showers, sinks, and flushing toilets. 

Lakefront

There is a dock from which to access the lake.

Outdoor Amenities

At the centre of the property is a large, well-maintained green space perfect for crafting your own unique experiences. The grounds feature a fire pit area complete with firewood and roasting sticks, picnic tables, children's play structure, basketball hoop, sandy volleyball court, basic recreation equipment such as balls, rackets and more. In the Boathouse, you will find 12 canoes, 6 row boats, 1 paddle boat, and the oars and PFDs for your enjoyment.

Parking

There are two small parking lots on the site that can each hold 15 vehicles. There is also room for 4-6 RVs depending on their size.

Moonlight Bay is a wheelchair friendly venue.
